High pay wage even with “1099” truck and tool pay. ( only hurts employee by lowering OT scale)
Cons
Supervisors advise employees to falsify billing to increase pay. Supervisors will tell you to do incorrect or wrong procedures then will not have your back when issues arise. Worst supervisors I’ve ever worked under.
