Pros
I really made a great connection with the people I worked with and made great friends while working there. Any reason was good enough for a pot luck. Holidays were special and Halloween was always a blast!
Cons
Bought by a corporation that changed leadership every few months. Never saw cost of living wage increases and pay was below competitive.

Cons
Living outside of the company headquarters. Coworkers that live in San Diego participated in team bonding events.
