Pros
PayCycle is truly a customer-driven company that takes its mission, vision and values seriously. Decisions get evaluated based on whether they truly move the business. The culture is open, honest, direct, and encourages individual creativity. CEO Jim Heeger provides the experience and perspective to help the team weather challenges and accept course corrections as needed. It is, at the end of the day, an extremely ethical, people-centric culture.
Cons
Cracking the small business market is extremely challenging. PayCycle has a strong position in this market, but the real breakthroughs are elusive.

Pros
The people, the product, and the potential. The people are balanced, smart, focused and fun. The product has been built with a very customer focused development process targeted at small businesses and their needs. The company is experiencing great growth which has led to great opportunities for it's employees.
Cons
The facilities are a little spartan like. So if you are looking for the nice office with all the amenities, this isn't the place. But if it's about the people and not the place, then it's great.
