- Great team members - High shift/language allowance - Good work-life balance - Flexibility - Increment 5-7% - Good benefits (13 month salary, bonus, outpatient, dental, optical etc)
Cons
- Lack of leadership - Most of the processes are still vague, some people do this, some do that without having a clear process and understanding - Always rely on the regional team as local leaders are not familiar with the process and not willing to learn
