I have only been with PRD for a few weeks and can already tell how much they value their employees. I was hired amid the COVID stay home orders. They stress the importance of a home/work life balance and have been extremely supportive during these unprecedented times. The President has made it a point to reach out and check in as well as having a one-on-one chat within my first week to make me feel welcomed. I have been able to talk to staff personally and all have staff has completely confirmed this is an amazing place to work with fantastic coworkers.
