I have worked at PRD Management for 14 years and I would like to recognize the Management's Support towards the staff, each employee is unique and PRD understands the importance and value of everyone. Their leadership is constantly looking to improve and be up to date with technology, always embracing new ways of making communication within the company easy and efficient.

I have only been with PRD for a few weeks and can already tell how much they value their employees. I was hired amid the COVID stay home orders. They stress the importance of a home/work life balance and have been extremely supportive during these unprecedented times. The President has made it a point to reach out and check in as well as having a one-on-one chat within my first week to make me feel welcomed. I have been able to talk to staff personally and all have staff has completely confirmed this is an amazing place to work with fantastic coworkers.
