Pros

It's not always about the numbers. Employee feedback is taken seriously and factored when making decisions. There is always opportunity and leadership promotes from within when possible.

Cons

No cons. You get out what you put in. This is a commission job and you must be able to adapt to change quickly in any retail environment.

Good growth, commission, atmosphere, communication. People are good to work with. Get recognized easily as long as you put the effort in.

Cons

If you're not on top of it you can get lost quick. Everything moves real fast. We have seen people come and go that can't take it.
