      Since I started PCAS 3 years ago, I have always been offered the support necessary to build on and improve my career, even at a young age when I first started. I have always felt supported, listened to and appreciated. The exceptional positive work and changes that have come about in the last year, are truly something to be recognised, and I am proud to be a member of the PCAS team.

      I love how they personalize the support and service for the individuals we support, putting their well-being and quality of life first. I also appreciate how they listen to staff concerns. The staff support is second to none.
