Good company to work for with great people - we all work closely together and as with all OH companies, it's never the same day therefore always interesting and on occasions challenging but in a good way

Its fast paced and client deadlines can be demanding

Good support mechanisms in place for staff. Excellent access to support and supervision. Able to voice thoughts and opinions and have these taken on board - a collaborative approach to workloads.

Cons

Some frustration with internal communications and not enough celebration of good news but this is hopefully being addressed.
