Pros
Highly knowledgeable and motivated people are present as managers and partners. Exposure of manufacturing industry not only theoretical but experience direct from the shop floor of 100's of units across India and abroad ( South Africa, Thailand and Dubai). Equal opportunity to articles as well for foreign audits and working as a team leader.
Cons
Some times pressure is large but it's the time that actually groom you.
