Pros

Plenty of opportunity in North America with a small but growing team. We have a large territory across Canada/US. Great work/life balance with hybrid work. Management invests in their employees with expert training (great sales training from a professional consultant).

Pros

Fair compensation, good product, great industry to sell into. There is a huge opportunity to make an impact both within the company as well as benefiting the world. Lots of autonomy to do your work and find your path to success. This comes with a high bar for results and extreme ownership.

Cons

Working with the main team in Europe has its challenges (eg. time zone, market differences, culture, etc) but there is more autonomy. With autonomy, you really have to own your own success and you cannot blame others for your lack of results.
