      Pros

      Whilst the company has had its ups and downs, it has been on a very positive trajectory recently, with huge investment in staff progression and other benefits. There is more of a team feeling now.

      Cons

      There are still areas for improvement, perhaps more communication from the powers above rather than information being filtered through management

      Pros

      New owners/senior management who are very 'people focused' whether that is employees or customers. There is a genuine desire to learn and do better. Its an exciting place to be with a team who encourage colleague participation and challenge us all to be part of the solution. The introduction of a new bonus scheme which doesn't rely solely on the bottom line results but allows for individuals to influence their own outcomes is great.

      Cons

      The speed of change is impacted by a 'thinly spread' key people.
