I’ve been enjoying my time here so far. Cool brand and store. Company has quite a high expectation for customer service. Colleagues are great, managers are supportive and on the shopfloor often.

Onitsuka Tiger wasn't the obvious choice for me and my carrier growth but it has proven to be a great company to work for. Company has great bonus system and supports the team in growth opportunities. As for myself I have had the best experience working with a team that is both great fun and also extremely competent in what they do. Company offers quite personal onboarding process that helped me feel secure in my role and continuously offers opportunity to develop further. When it comes to past experiences working in retail often the team targets and initiative is viewed for team as a whole - in comparison Onitsuka Tiger has great work culture that applauds personal accountability and if you take pride in your work and champion your colleagues to do the same it is great company to work for.
