      Looks are deceiving until you get to know the place

      Pros

      They have dogs inside the shop sometimes.

      Cons

      No one is on the same page. You get gray instructions. There is not an actual HR department to report any bad or uncomfortable conduct to. The politics are not neutral and if you disagree, be prepared to argue. Employees are not all treated the same. There is a huge lack of respect and honesty. Be prepared to feel overly stressed, under appreciated, and under paid. The engineering position has been a revolving door for years. Most make it to about a year before being let go. It's a harsh environment.
