Good pay, 401k w/good matching, ESOP stock ownership, flexible with time off needed. They try to promote from within first. Frequent individual checks that employees are happy. Highly inclusive of diversity.

Cons

Health insurance is high-deductible and not the cheapest. ESOP paid out over 6 years.
