NextStep hired me fast and I was on-boarded within days. The PAC Group recruiting team was always responsive and helpful. They conducted an initial interview with me and then I interviewed with PM Neil the same day. They were extremely professional and made me feel comfortable and less nervous. They asked me great questions and I answered them to the best of my ability. The HR team and lead Shearry was amazing, very supportive, and fast. Any time I had a question Shearry would get back to me quickly and with grace. I have nothing negative to say about the team's leadership as they are amazing in so many ways. I am truly grateful for the opportunities provided to me from NextStep Technologies and PAC Group.

Open communication between all levels of management. The CEO has an open door policy essentially and will encourage you. I was a wonderful experience working for NextStep and I hope another contract arises where we can work together again.
