Pros

Great PDR team and Work life balance. You can only work in the given office hours. No body asked to ever work out side office timings in my 1 year experience.

Cons

Tough market and good targets. Achievable but needs lot of effort

Pros

1. Ownership I was allowed to take real ownership of my work, which made a big difference in how engaged and accountable I felt. Instead of just completing assigned tasks, I was encouraged to think through problems, make decisions, and see things through end-to-end. This helped me build confidence and develop a stronger sense of responsibility toward outcomes. 2. A Lot of Learning There was a steep and rewarding learning curve. I gained exposure to new tools, concepts, and ways of working, and I was constantly encouraged to expand my skill set. The environment supported curiosity and growth, making it easy to ask questions, learn from mistakes, and continuously improve.

Cons

Fun Friday activities have become less frequent and could be organized more regularly.
