      Pros

      Townhalls meeting are held every month where all our Sr. Management including our cofounders talk about what is going on with the company and what can we expect going forward. This really helps make us feel involved in the growth of organization. The management always thanks each and everyone for their hard work on the call, I mean who does that?

      The office environment is good…we have all the facilities and access to advanced tech-stacks. Everyone is talented and I have never seen any kind of politics here.

      Workload depends on the clients, so it can be hard to manage at times but not always.
