Personality issues can detrimentally influence implementation of corporate training and project execution policies. People learn at different paces and if you can't catch on quickly, there is no possibility of success, especially if the senior level people who new hires depend for mentoring on do not fully support you during your initial year.
Benefits are okay; the line of work is interesting; depending on the managers, work schedule can be flexible and there are annual events for employees.
