Collaborative environment. Leaders are visible and accessible and always encouraging us to learn and develop ourselves professionally. International feel and perspective. Strong emphasis on cultural alignment.

Cons

There are no con's. If you like challenge and don't mind change and if you naturally like to take ownership and accountability then MoneySmart could be the perfect platform for career growth.

Before joining MoneySmart, I was always thinking if there is a company without office politics, arrogant managers and non-stop overwork. I guess I have found the answer here. Amazing culture, amazing people, and an enjoyable workplace. What else to expect?
