Pros

The people who work in MSRS are very inviting and helpful. The workplace is very nice with ramp parking that only costs $10.00 a month. Cost of living increases each year and review with pay increase are nice. Medical/Health are low cost.

Cons

Union job. No basis of education or experience are taken into account when you apply for other jobs that fit your background. A bit political with who has been there longer and if the hiring manager likes you. You can be stuck at a position that is "dull" for a while. Discouraging.

Pros

Once you are hired and past probation, it is difficult to get fired. Has hybrid scheduling, nice office and nice co-workers.

Cons

Every day is the same, a lot is expected from employer and employees who call, no bonuses or match in retirement act, no lavish parties, use a timecard-basically old school.

Pros

Nice friendly collegues, easy commute, parking ramp and inexpensive insurance

Cons

Management have favorites, hard to get promoted, salary is low, system is 10 years behind, communication WITH staff is lacking and not a lot of positve comments.
