      Pros

      Personal use of van is literally the only good thing about the company now

      Cons

      Very poor order processing, spend more time correcting order owners errors than fitting kit to vehicles. Technical info only ever passed along when needed rather than just being available freely.

      Pros

      loads of perks, moneys good, fair workload, choose your own car or van. Field engineers are treated with respect. Management are very relaxed as long as the works getting done.

      Cons

      Honestly nothing worth mentioning, it's a very technical job so even the most experienced engineers will have a lot to learn but there is a lot of time allowed and help available to get up to speed with the kit and systems we use.
