Pros
The company builds its own product, so the jobs are stable, not project based. The product is really great, it can be a big part of your life and you can do plenty of things with it. You have the opportunity to interact with international colleagues and customers.
Cons
Syncing up with international teams can be a bit tricky at times and the communication is not the best, but in the end it's up to each of us to contribute and come up with ideas or solutions.
