If you prove yourself, you can truly work independently without management on your case constantly. The pay is great, benefits are second to none, and the whole environment of the company is inspiring. Work-life balance couldn't possibly be better.

Communication breaks down sometimes, but it's pretty rare.
Management - specifically Jenn - she is outstanding, truly cares about her employees, and has great vision. She is an amazing CEO. She has created a great company culture that can't be beat. I've worked for other game studios and this is the first time I've felt truly inspired by the CEO.

Some team members just did not perform up to par - but management saw this and replaced them pretty quickly (good job!).
