      Great Place to Work with Strong Social Mission

      Pros

      MAF is 65-year old venerable not for profit that has a strong track record and passion for saving and protecting lives. It lives by its mission and puts its members at the center of its decision making. Great opportunities to be part of something new and exciting as it figures out how to take its low-tech product and make it more relevant for today's younger consumers.

      Cons

      The company has decided to embrace work from home, so while I love not commuting to the office, I miss my co-workers.
