      Pros

      The company is very open-minded in accepting associates’ opinion. Hierarchy is flat. Easy to communicate. Company encourages a friendly culture so people work there happily. I was given with a lot of different opportunities and big room to try new things for the team. So it’s a great experience to gain exposure. Also, the flexibility working environment enhance associates engagement level. I would recommend this company to everyone who like creativity and growth.

      If you're chase for professional growth , it's the right company. They teach you many things , but your patience is key. No one grows in a day , it's a journey that takes time and exposure. Commission is also worth
