Pros
Management is very flexible with employee needs and really cares about work life balance. They do their best to listen to employee concerns and fix issues. The culture is very much a "work family" one where everyone will pitch in to help you out if you need it. I loved working here. It was one of the best jobs I ever had.
Cons
I really don't have anything negative to share about my time at Local Wisdom.

Talented co-workers, ability to work remotely, company culture, benefits, caring leadership, good work/life balance most of the time, get to work on larger clients and projects.
Cons
At certain times of the year, the workload gets high and the team has to really band together to get through.
