      Pros

      Linestream is trying to do something that's both incredibly rewarding and incredibly challenging. For people who really want to join a growing company and be a part of helping that trajectory, Linestream is perfect. Also, the President is an incredible leader who helps employees grow and develop - he's far and away the best reason to work at Linestream.

      Cons

      Linestream is a startup. That involves some risk and requires that employees are flexible. It may not be the right place for people who value the stability and predictability of larger companies.

      -Team is friendly and dedicated -You get to touch a wide variety of projects and have multiple responsibilities -Benefits are very good for a startup and policy on working from home/vacation/taking time during the day is flexible

      Cons

      Startups come with risk and can require long hours.

      Great Team and Learning Opportunity

      Pros

      I spent nearly 2 years at Linestream and have since found it to be an invaluable learning opportunity. The leadership was always extremely supportive, and they were always clear and transparent about the company vision. I only left to be with family on the east coast, but I'm still very close with my manager as well as the company executives.

      Cons

      Being a startup, you have to wear a lot of hats, but I found that to be the best way to learn. You need to be a self-starter to succeed, and sometimes a bit more individual direction would have benefitted the team
