The team comprises academically and socially adept individuals, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment. - Personal development: Numerous opportunities for personal development are available, including conference training and foundational skills essential for consultancy work

      Cons

      - A bottleneck exists in the workflow, with some individuals across the hierarchy working late, including weekends, although it's not mandatory - Low pay is a notable concern, and while it's challenging to directly compare with "Big 4" firms, the payment scheme may not be competitive in comparison

      Great training/mentor and experience. Fast career trajectory especially more recently as the company is growing. Lovely people.

      Cons

      Work/life balance is always a struggle in consulting but LSD is better than most for this.
