I currently work here and can honestly say, this is the first job I actually wake up and enjoy going to.. The company treats there employees very nice and with respect Lesha the Lead BLS Dispatch/Scheduler is very nice, friendly and helpful if you need anything. Demir the Director of BLS Operations is a great communicator, and responds to you quickly if you have a question or a concern. The dispatchers are always polite, and do not force late jobs on you, like the majority of other EMS companies. Happy to work here! Flexible schedule, and you have your job schedule the night before.

As a fairly new employee to the company, I believe that this company has great potential to deliver positive outlook on how professionalism of Emt’s are presented in the field. With any career there’s always room for improvement and growth. Any and every issue that came in my path, I was pointed in the right direction and resolved the issue. This job offers a safe environment to communicate effectively, being able to express a grievance at hand without any retaliation, flexibility with scheduling as well as positive reinforcement constructive criticism.
