Pros
Benefits - medical, vision, dental, YMCA, Monon Center; Company events - picnic, chili cook-off, fantasy football, foosball tournament, holiday party. Free food - breakfast every Friday, free lunches once in a while, "Pi" day, "May the 4th" celebration. I could go on-and-on...
Cons

Pros
Leaf is a great place to work for many reasons. One of my favorites is that the company ownership truly cares about Leaf employees. From company culture, atmosphere, and the work environment, it's truly a place built to sustain and care for its' employees. It's also a place where people can have fun while they work. We all work hard to build and maintain our strong quality and reputation but there's also a good balance of fun mixed in.
Cons
Some limitations as it is a smaller size company but some could see it as a pro or con.
