Pros

I spent three years early in my career at Labsphere, and it was an incredible learning experience. The management team, particularly the production manager, was exceptionally patient and supportive. They provided me with all the tools and guidance I needed to grow and succeed. The mentorship I received was truly one of the most memorable and impactful moments of my professional journey.

Cons

I do not have any cons .

Pros

Great colleagues to work with Flexible and accommodating for hard working employees Management adapts to changing industry trends with temporary out-of-the-box solutions to avoid layoffs.

Cons

Beholden to a foreign parent company that dictates benefits. The health insurance benefit leaves a lot to be desired & there are no other options available. You're not given a choice on how to receive profit sharing (when available). Instead, it is directed to your 401K (but only if you participate).

Pros

Great environment for expanding your growth in technology. The broad customer base always means that you're working on something new where there are opportunities to get involved in product and system development that will allow you to utilize what you know and explore implementing new approaches to solving customer problems. All projects involve working with light by either measuring it, or trying to replicate certain spectra for a given application.

Cons

As with any company, there are deadlines to be met, so working to meet these can require extra time when you have critical projects.
