      Startup BPO company that has a massive potential

      Pros

      As a startup company, it allows employees to be more flexible when it comes to their career needs, job responsibilities, and execution of the needed projects. The management team has given us ample amount of opportunities to both learn, and facilitate the job requirements in our working style, but at the same time in-line with clients' expectations. This company has a huge potential to grow and be part of the leading BPO companies in the Philippines, and I am looking forward to grow with the company, and venture in my career development as well.

      Cons

      As much as I would love to interact with our leadership team personally - our management team only visits at least once every 4 months coming from US. They are really inclined with working really well with the PH team, and if only they can come here often, or longer than usual - it will be much better!
