-Like others have mentioned; not everyone can thrive in a fast paced & professionally creative environment. -Large clients have high expectations and not everyone is willing to dedicate that elevated level of attention and detail to their projects.

JR is quickly becoming one of the most progressive shops in town focusing on the combination of data, creative and strategy. No silos here with opportunities to take your career as far as you desire. Ideas are king and anyone can contribute. If you want to shine, you will. New business wins show that clients trust and want to work with us. We're not bogged down with bloat and overhead like bigger shops that smart clients of today don't want to pay for.

Cons

Negative reviews come from people who can't quite cut it in this business. Yes, you will be challenged, but this isn't a place to expect trophies for participation only. Far too many expect to be coddled and stroked when they're not that talented. I will say JR does tend to give people more chances than they deserve.
