      Pros

      Great job that gives you the flexibility to work from home and pick your own schedule. Everyone that works there is very friendly and you are paid fairly.

      Cons

      I do not have anything negative really to say. The only one con is that it mostly is a part time job.

      Great work environment and group of guys. Lots of experience and connections to be gained here.

      The scheduling can get a bit messy and the laid back work environment has it's drawbacks.
