Pros

Extremely flexible schedule with great support from direct leadership and above. Therapist run with emphasis on employee growth and satisfaction. Enjoy the employee engagement events annually where company provides funds for teams to get together and enjoy one another's company outside of work.

Cons

No paid holidays d/t nature of SNF setting and still needing care delivered; however, it's clear leadership makes every effort to approve all PTO when employees want.

The Best Work Environment

Pros

This is a therapist led company which embodies the qualities of continual improvement, compassion, and innovation. Having worked in several other industries including a career in public education, teaching and administration, this is by far the best place I've ever worked. I am valued and so is my work. This will be the last place I work before I retire several years down the road, and what a pleasure it is to work with an outstanding team of people.

Cons

No work environment is perfect, and of course people and organizations are not perfect. However, with imperfection there are opportunities to acknowledge those areas, and although sometimes slow to realize the need to pivot, adjust, and change, the people that make up this organization strive to overcome those imperfections.

Pros

Having been with Infinity Rehab for 14 years, I can speak directly about the company. They have provided the opportunity for me to assist residents in a geriatric setting to live their life to the fullest. Infinity really cares about their staff and the clients that they treat. I have been able to sit on several committees to help guide the direction of Infinity which has been very rewarding.

Cons

With Medicare/Medicaid/Insurance reimbursement changes, Infinity(like all other companies) has been challenged with adaption. There are times when the changes needed to come sooner.
