There is not systematic way to get the project going. Have to brief each and every worker on the project at hand. Every one is involved in a single project. Sales person brief, project mgr brief, boss have a say. Very messy situation but still manage to get the job done.
No chance given for new employees. Was asked to leave with reason given that wasn't a good fit.
