Pros

I’ve been with the company for over 3 years and I have no desire to leave. The pay is decent, and management is tough but fair. Client satisfaction is our #1 priority. They don’t tolerate employees who don’t work well as a team. I like my manager and I know I’m in good hands.

Cons

The atmosphere in the office is always affected by how much work needs to get done week to week.

Great work culture with talented people who are passionate about their work here. Co-workers are real team players -- we support each other and share knowledge freely. Lots of opportunity for growth and advancement/promotions. Extremely generous benefits. I am always learning and never bored.

Cons

None for me. Not a place for mediocre employees.
