The team and clients I had a chance to work with gave me some great experience and helped me grow my consulting skills and innovation knowledge. Everyone is really friendly and since it is a small company they have flexibility for people’s schedules.
Cons
The company can at times get high volumes of work and you might need to put in many hours in a short amount time.
The company has a transparent culture, which shows both positive and negative aspects of business to employees. The high aspirations and goals of the company are admirable and there is a lot of creative energy that is put into finding solutions that fit the client needs. Definitely a great place to learn a lot about how to consult with corporations on culture.
Cons
It's a small, self funded company serving major corporations, so the demands can often be high to ensure that the quality is commensurate with the clientele. As with other privately owned companies I have worked for, the focus of the team can sometimes be pulled in multiple directions without much explanation as to which direction is the higher priority.
