      The only con is that clients book you through them which does affect when you work. It isnt crazy slow or anything though

      Pros

      Management is caring and they are willing to give you opportunities to learn and build up your skill set. Company culture is warm and friendly, they hold activities like picnic, birthday celebration and annual dinner every year. The company itself also has great potential because of their unique industry, they don't have a lot strong competitors out there.

      Cons

      Promotion opportunity is limited because of company structure.
