As a Design Lead, I feel empowered to grow, lead meaningful projects, and contribute to the product’s success. The team is talented and passionate, and management truly listens to our ideas and feedback. The work-life balance and flexible remote options make it even better.

Cons

Sometimes it can get very busy, and salaries may be higher in other companies, but overall the experience has been positive and rewarding, especially with the flexibility and ownership that comes with the job.
