      Learning and Growth: The company offers excellent opportunities for learning. Working here has helped me improve my skills significantly. Autonomy and Ownership: There's a good amount of autonomy, and the company trusts employees to take ownership of critical projects, which enhances both learning and confidence.

      Cons

      Work-Life Balance: The pace can be quite demanding at times, leading to longer hours and less work-life balance. Managing multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously can sometimes be stressful.

      Pros

      The team culture is amazing, management is extremely supportive and focus on individuals' careers as well. Lots of good projects to work on and grow with. Team consists of talented individuals and follows a clear and honest communication protocol. Flexibility in work life balance. Very good HR policies - could get all the help we needed very easily.
