Cons

After working for HomeSecure for 6+ years I can't specifically state anything as a con. Anything that I could put down here from my time at HomeSecure would have been addressed by the management team so it would not be an ongoing problem.

HomeSecure has a fantastic work culture with an excellent management team, the vast majority of which have been promoted internally having joined in more junior roles and being developed into management positions. Over the years several employees have left only to return which speaks volumes about the unique and special culture the company has developed. The company has grown from a start up in 2014 to nearly 30,000 customers in less then 10 yrs and continues to go from strength to strength every year. If you are looking for a fun place to learn and develop and for a good work life balance then you should apply for a role in HomeSecure. In 2023 when lots of companies where laying off staff HomeSecure gave all its staff an across the board salary increase. They also provide ample coaching and mentorship and have a very flat management structure and monthly company Townhalls so communication is very open and transparent.

Cons

The current office location is small and most people WFH 2/3 days per week.
