Cons
12-Hrs Shifts, UN-Professional/UN-Friendly Co-workers (waste of time trying to report it), Detention always overrules the Medical Department dictating what & when medical responsibilities are completed (If at all) - Supervisors don't want to hear about it/deny it, Culture/Value/Integrity is a Joke (They just preach it, but don't act on it unless possibility of Going Public)
