      Lots of perks! Hybrid work model (remote working). Fun group! Growing with alot of room for growth.

      Cons

      need better mentor program, training needs improvement, but these are actively being improved upon!

      Pros

      The company strongly values work-life balance and puts their money where their mouth is. This job tends to require a significant amount of time traveling and the company does a good job making sure team members are not spending an excessive amount of time traveling or onsite.

      Cons

      The company has been working on expanding its services and reach in this industry by acquiring similar companies. The process of integration with these other companies has been less than seamless but that is pretty common struggle.
