      Pros

      managers are on your side, they are extremely responsive when you are experiencing issue or have questions. they go out of their way to check on you and see if you're having issues with your floor assignments

      having to abide by ballad health rules/policies/procedures

      Pros

      Good to work with. Has good potential for growth and opportunity in the company. Nice people. I would recommend this place to a friend who was looking for a job.

      Cons

      There really are no cons that I can think of, maybe lack of perks or could possible pay higher salaries. I don't have anything bad to say really.
