Pros
Supportive Culture - Everyone on the site was welcoming, helpful and united on common goals. Access to travel as and when the business required. Access to basic workshop for prototyping, separate from production facilities. Frequent rewards for success for the team including lunches, afternoon events etc.
Cons
Relatively basic engineering, owing to the product range/requirements. Although there is scope to improve this.
