Great leader Good sense of project management with just the right balance of intervention and management - no micro management. Never satisfied with mediocre results they’re always striving for successful and high quality deliverables. The client propagates through from their on site work, to the internal tech projects they do.

Can’t really fault them because management have always been open and honest on everything throughout.
