      Honestly the best group of individuals I've ever worked with. Straight talking and honest boss, fantastic working environment. Absolutely no trace of blame culture, unparalleled team spirit.

      Start-up pressures, sometimes back can be up against the wall with tight deadlines.

      Pros

      As core team members are moved between projects as those projects' demands change, you as an employee are exposed to many different facets of software and data engineering. At my time here, I always felt like I was learning, and improving.

      Cons

      With the company still maintaining their startup potential, coming in with a rigid mindset will not serve you well, as project scopes and expectations will be not be set in stone

      Pros

      Really nice team working on always exciting projects. A lot of opportunities to learn new technologies. Morphed into a remote company nicely with a lot of remote team building activities.

      Cons

      Some projects can get crazy towards the end, but that happened everywhere I worked before.
