The pay was very good in my experience and the benefits were the best I've ever had. Met some amazing people there and it is a nice family vibe.
Cons
It is a bit disorganized and the communication channels are poor. Seems like the higher-ups just want to keep their jobs and not rock the boat. Just keeping the status quo.
Decent pay, good benefits. Great co-workers. Good work/life balance. Lots of freedom to carve out a niche and really make your mark as an employee. Until the merger with AEG, senior management was always approachable and helpful.
Cons
Some of the programming was not very good: cheaply made and kind of sleazy. A very few co-workers didn't really pull their weight and not much seemed to ever get done about it. After the merger, new layers of managers and consultants without experience in the TV business made a real mess.
