I have enjoyed my experience thus far as a Sales Guide at Groove Subaru. While there are minor annoyances at times, they ultimately pale in comparison to the short term and long term opportunity this company offers to it’s employees. The BDC is a fun place to work, and the pay (when you put in the necessary effort) is very hard to beat.
Cons
The work life balance is a little hard to juggle and requires some trial and error to make work, but that’s inherent to the industry. Somewhat difficult to power through the “grind” of sales at times when it’s slow.
